RepairOps is built by Sam, who runs PC Repair Center. It started as the system for Sam's own shops and is now opening to other shops through a small beta.
Our story
Why RepairOps exists
Running a repair shop means juggling a lot at once: devices coming in, customers waiting on updates, parts on order, and technicians who need to know what's next.
Sam runs PC Repair Center, and those shops have run on PC Repair Tracker. RepairOps began as the system for Sam's own shops: a place where every repair has a status, every customer can see what is happening, and nothing goes back without a quality check.
Now it's opening to other shops through a small beta. We're inviting shops in small batches so we can help each one get set up and learn from how they work.
