How a repair moves through RepairOps
A ticket starts at intake, where staff record the customer, the device, its condition, and photos. It then moves through triage, diagnostics, the quote, the repair, and a quality check, and a ticket can only reach ready for pickup from that quality check.
Customers get a link to follow the repair. Once they confirm the email or phone number on their ticket, they can approve or decline the quote and message the shop.
Questions to ask before you switch
Which records do you need on day one? A database dump brings over customers, devices, work orders, notes, invoices and line items, payments, refunds, deposits, and inventory with opening stock. Photos, quotes, appointments, and message history aren't imported.
Which features are in your plan? In RepairOps, appointment booking, point of sale, the time clock, and Google review requests start on Pro; multiple locations and the API start on Business; and AI add-ons start at $49 a month.
How will you text customers? RepairOps sends SMS through your shop's own Twilio account.
