Quality Control

A quality check before every pickupEvery repair goes through a quality check before it can be marked ready for pickup: a checklist, photo evidence, and a recorded outcome. Failed checks send the device back to repair.

Why it matters

What it helps your shop do

Required before pickup

A ticket can't reach Ready for Pickup without a QC review: the checklist answered, a photo attached, and the outcome recorded.

Optional AI check

An advisory AI check can flag possible gaps from the checklist and findings (Pro plan with an AI add-on).

Failures go back to repair

A failed or needs-revision result marks the ticket QC Failed and returns it to repair.

How it works

Step by step

  1. A standard checklist

Every repair uses a five-point checklist: visual inspection, reported issue resolved, connections secure, powers on normally, and customer data intact.

  2. Add evidence

Attach at least one photo from a camera, an upload, or a phone link.

  3. Record the outcome

An owner, manager, or QC reviewer marks pass, needs revision, or fail, and the reviewer is recorded.
